Founded in May 2007, by Brad Habenicht and Mike Smith, Benchmark Real Estate Group LLC specializes in joint ventures and syndicated investments through the development of Residential and Commercial real estate projects in Washington State, USA.
The key elements for our successful joint ventures which “Create Value” for the owners and investors of our projects, are measured by the implementation our Strategic Planning, and the passing of the various project milestone “Benchmarks”, as each investment matures.
We work to build honest, long term relationships with our Project Partners and our goals are to exceed their investment expectations, and share the wealth with them.
We use over 25 years of our industry experience and diverse project management skills to
complete detailed feasibility studies and financial due diligence analysis, to find real estate investment and development opportunities in both established and emerging markets.
We lead the property procurement and acquisition process, and provide complete project management services including consultant coordination, permits and entitlements, construction management, sales and marketing.
We have assembled a strong group of well known and respected industry associates including civil engineers, environmental and geotech scientists, architects, contractors, accountants, legal counsel, lenders, and other industry consultants to form a reliable and cohesive Project Team to meet the wide ranging development, and approval requirements for each of our projects. In addition, we continuously work to create and maintain excellent professional relationships with a wide range of governmental agencies and municipalities for all of our projects.
